Premier Garage does not require franchisees to do their own manufacturing. We have set up an RPM (regional panel manufacturing) strategy which allows our owners to receive product that is standard across the franchise (mill work and colors) system, but they do not have to cut their own product like our bigger competitors.
Many of our competitors focus on metal cabinets which have fixed sized. We specialize in custom cabinetry so the product offering flexes to exactly what the client needs to store, and our qualified designers produces exactly what the customer needs.
Our proprietary 3D design software is integrated with our CRM for ease of creating proposals for our consumers at the appointment while much of the competition still uses graph paper and pencils.
